We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. but I feel, as a logo, this has failed
maybe incorporating the rest of the text the same manner as the 'I' and the 'N' would make it look better. Also having the logo on a more solid background so that the design doesn't distract the logo?

This is exhibiting business identity, (and the logotype) though its the whole image representing what the company is about, not just the text.
As a standalone logo, the text would be accompanied by a silhouetted render of the bird.
